What is necessary to buy Land or Property in
Northern Cyprus?
You need to apply for a permit. So come and
contact our certified officer and he will deal with all the legal work
on your behalf.
Note: It normally takes 6 to 8 months for your permits to come
through, but we will get yours sooner. |

property from overseas?
Sure, this can easily be done
from any international bank directly into our HSBC International Bank
account. |

Who will look after my property whilst I
am not here?
New Euro Estates & Construction LTD will care of your
property. We have a fully managed service and for example we can take care of utility bill payment, security and general maintenance
(subject to your approval) for a small monthly fee. |
