What is necessary to buy Land or Property in Northern Cyprus?
You need to apply for a permit. So come and contact our certified officer and he will deal with all the legal work on your behalf.
Note: It normally takes 6 to 8 months for your permits to come through, but we will get yours sooner.
 

Can I pay for the property from overseas?
Sure, this can easily be done from any international bank directly into our HSBC International Bank account.
 

Who will look after my property whilst I am not here?

New Euro Estates & Construction LTD will care of your property. We have a fully managed service and for example we can take care of utility bill payment, security and general maintenance (subject to your approval) for a small monthly fee.
 

How can I purchase my property in the TRNC?

There are a number of different procedures depending on the title of the property you have chosen. We suggest you take look at Buyer's Guide section for the more details.
 

If I were to buy land, where would I go to have my house designed and built for me?

We have all the skills needed to provide this service in-house. Please contact us for details of what we can offer.

1 Donum = 1380 m² = 14400 ft² = 4 Evlek
